Jennifer, owner of Keenan Properties, has been selling Real estate in Houston since 2005. In her early Real Estate career, Jennifer teamed up with Houston Developer Oxberry Group, marketing $10M of their inventory. Working with the Oxberry Group gave Jennifer an opportunity to utilize her design skills while working side by side with local builders and architects formulating good interior design and space planning for Condominiums, Multi-family, Town homes and Single Family residences.
Today, clients choose to work with Jennifer for her full service firm at Keenan Properties. Jennifer and her team creates customized marketing plans for each seller, as they are a believer that not one is the same. Jennifer’s ethics, creativity and market expertise coupled with her outgoing personality and excellent communication skills has proven to satisfy clients in home buying and selling process. Her strong loyal base of repeat customers is the reason why Jennifer has been so successful over the past decade in this competitive sales industry. Among the loyal clients are not just Houston Buyers and Sellers but respected builders Lofttech Homes and Colina Homes that help shape our cities landscape.
An advocate for animals, Jennifer is active in many stray animal placement programs and donates a portion of each sale to the SPCA. Keenan Properties is also environmentally conscious and proudly hosts recycling events in Houston Communities as well as an annual ‘Keenan Coats’ clothing drive for the Star of Hope.
